This wine has been minimally filtered and unfined to preserve the natural intensity and structure of the wine. The select parcel of wine has been aged in French barriques for 18
months. This Shiraz exhibits intense perfumed fruit highlighted by liquorice, vanilla and spice. The palate is unbelievably juicy, set in its place by full, ripe tannins. |
