The Collectables Series This superb range is a limited release series of super premium wines from select parcels of our estate grown fruit. These wines are only released in years when conditions permit harvest of only the most exceptional fruit.

| COMMENTS: |
This wine has been minimally filtered and
unfined to preserve the natural intensity and
structure of the wine. This select parcel of wine
has been aged in French barriques for 18
months. Typical aromas of ripe cassis and
menthol are combined with perfumed herbs,
liquorice, chocolate and coffee notes. The
palate is very well balanced, with full ripe
tannins and seamless oak integration. |
