This Pemberton wine has been
minimally filtered to preserve the natural
intensity and structure of the wine.
Wild fruits, lifted cherry, blackberry,
leather and black olive dominate
the palate with some spice and French oak
complexities. The palate is intense
with dark chocolate, seamless oak and
ripe full tannins balancing the fruit. |

Wild fruits, lifted cherry, forest floor, blackberry,
some leather and black olive with integrated
oak and spice. |
| PALATE: |
This Pinot Noir has a full, rich fruit palate with
dark chocolate, integrated cedary oak, perfect
tannin structure
and good length and acidity.

| CUISINE: |
Pinot Noir is perfect to enjoy with lighter meats
such as goose and duck, as well as gamey meats
such as rabbit. It also goes superbly with Italian
style dishes.
