'State of the Art'; 'New'; 'Efficient'; 'Works Well'; 'Compact'; Significant'; 'Ever changing' - all noted superlatives that have, over the past 3 years, been used to describe our winery at Yelverton North Road, 30km north of Margaret River.
We welcome visitors. Often we have people in the industry, from Australia and overseas, make appointments to discuss and view the mechanics of the site. The winery was built to make wine from the fruit from our vineyards in Pemberton, Boyup Brook and the surrounding property here at Margaret River - a total of 200 hectares of vines. The essentials were in place to operate vintage 2004. Continual improvements have been instigated, of particular note the reed-bed system of wastewater purification.
