Sangria

WINE: St JOHNS BROOK 2003 PINOT NOIR

Sangria 

Ingredients

6 bottles SJB Pinot Noir
1/2 bottle Cointreau
1/2 bottle Brandy
1/2 bottle Vodka
1/2 bottle Vermouth
1 litre orange juice
1 litre apple juice
1 litre lemonade
chopped orange, lemon, lime and apple

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. 
     
  2. Transfer a portion of the sangria to an elegant serving jug, adding enough ice to chill only. 


Serve with Spanish tapas, frittata or paella. Serves 10.
